need help finding a starting point

I need help finding a starting point with the s13 to the ls1 wiring. I've heard it isn't that hard but don't know where to start splicing wires. I would rather spend the 600 or more on hptuners or headers than to buy a plug and play harness. Any help will be appreciated.

In a S13, I would recommend using the first half of this article about the LS1 in a S14

and then the second half of this article showing you a 2JZ in a S13. Has a complete reference of where to tap wires on a S13 for power and such.

Thanks guys
