Talking GT-Z Build

Hey all, some Know me Some think they do. I'm Michael Wayne, I was born into the racing world. My dad was a Professional Racecar driver/owner growing up so speed was my life. I started learning around a car from a very young age, Started Kart racing when i was 5, Built my first engine at 8. I've been around Drag racing/Sprint Cars/Late Models/IMCA/OffRoad/etc, It was a everyday thing for me and i got really good at it. After graduating High School i was already a year into college and worked for my step dad at Fedex, While doing so i invested in stock's, Business's and project's, every dime i had from each paycheck for a few years and Saved up a'lot of money. I got into drifting in Memphis after i bought a 350z in 2005, Went to a few local events but i needed to finish my degree's before wasting to much time so I moved to Houston 3 years ago to finish school. I bought this S14 right after i graduated to build up a street/race car.

Enough about me and more about this beauty i'm working on

Just a review from last year to this year as i got free time to do things.

I painted the engine bay to match the BN6, Then Used Full Race Gold Heat Shield to help with temps, All new bushings and a fresh steering rack.

I didn't care for alot of orange so i stripped the paint on the Driftworks knuckles and Coated them Black.

Test Fitting the Driftworks Setup.

Stripped the Interior, I haven't decided if ill be running carpet or not but we will see. I dont plan to run a dash or door panels as i made carbon panels.
]

Subframe Coated with stance Bushing installed

Finished the diff a few days ago

Then this came in after i already sealed it up -_-

I love Rb's, Perfect for what im looking for and an all around solid swap if done right.

Hp Goal is Unknown til i hit the Dyno

To achieve big numbers i went with an AEM Ecu, Chasebays Harness Map/Ls2 Coils

AEM cas wheel installed on a R34 CAS. R34 Cas is recommended if you go Solid lifter setup for big hp. Just have to rewire the Cas to work on a Rb25 Harness.

Left to Right: Stock RB, AEM RB

to OP: --- Hey, Im a noob. I have a question about your Nismo front brace (silver) I know what its replacing... But Im wondering if the only thing different from the stock one is the bar that runs horizontal. Is there any other advantage to upgrading? Im curious because I was thinking of getting that replaced like you did. Let me know, Thanks.

Brace is reinforce at the bottom of the brackets as well. You can make ur own cheaper but I wanted the "Nismo" one.

Turbo was sold lastnight, Going Bigger
