So i have come to the conclusion..
that i wont get done putting my car together until 2025 at the rate its going. so i am looking for a shop to finish putting the car together in exchange for gold bars (or cash) . i would say its about 60% done but its about to be 2 years since its its down. any suggestions, thoughts, concerns, opinions on a shop who is competent enough to assemble an s14 sr swap in a timely fashion. preferably a shop you have personal experience with
k thx bai |

what is completed:
Motor and transmission with clutch is in the car, intercooler is mounted but need reinforcment on bottom, intercooler piping is done and bov flange on, manifold, turbo, oil and coolant lines, and elbow all installed, battery box secured in trunk, fuel pump installed. all of ac system except for discharge hose because i miscalculated the length and angle. i need to make a new one. coils are on, has new front and rear mains, valve cover gasket, hks plugs, turbo gaskets, intake gaskets etc. what is needed: check and install harness, finish battery relocation with power distribution box, fuse or switch, and proper running of main power through firewall with grommet. bolt up downpipe and exhaust. modify and install front bumper, fenders, and hood. wire up n60 maf and afc neo. check to see if my ecu is going to work, hook up fuel lines. install cas and time properly. install ic piping, bov, radiator, hoses, fan and shroud. hook up ac controls to work with swap, take off oilpan and make sure its not crushed from shipping and put on with fresh silicone. install boost gauge and oil pressure gauge. also a new clutch slave cylinder is needed this is not a race car, its just a sr weekend car, dont need it to make jumps like the general lee, just need it to start, run and not catch fire. after its running : wheels, fender roll, 5 lug, steering wheel etc |

well after some searching, my car is on its way to Huntsville with Derrick and Mikespeed. Derrick has already been doing the fabrication work on it and after talking with Mike I decided that this would be the way to go. I think its good that people posted on here and put names out there of other skilled mechanics and or shops. Thanks to all that replied and good luck. Ill keep yall posted on the progress of the starship ....

Ha. That's good to hear & yes Derrick finished it and Brad tooned it. Ran great but it just sat in the garage since i was never home. Figured someone else could have some good times with it.
