We need a change of scenery but can't commit to the woodlands traffic and area just yet. Another year lease won't kill me....

Fixed the brake lights! There's a ground wire on the roof of the backseat, next to the hatch opening. And I replaced the bulbs. Boom. Brake lights.

Next task turn signals. Gonna throw bulbs in the sockets that don't have bulbs and try that. Possible that they all need to operate or none will operate? Fingers crossed.

Does your hazard switch work?

You have already checked your tcu.
Have you checked to see if you are getting power to your bulbs?

Flasher relay clicks with the hazards. Not with the turn signals. Could it be bad?

And the tcu I pulled apart and checked. Looked ok.

I still think its the turn signal switch. See if anyone on here can let you use one just to see...

Agreed, renting, you're basically just throwing away a good chunk of money every month.

So did some inspecting on the wiring today. Found some missing relays and possibly where the tire has rubbed through the loom... This could explain the reason my headlight motors don't work and why I only have medium and high speeds on my wipers.

Looking at diagrams online in pretty sure the missing relay is for the headlight motors. Can anyone with a box cover confirm this?

And the loom... Where it's rubbed through, the loom shoots up to that infamous green box that controls the wiper speed. Gotta fix that too...

If your hazards are working then your flasher relay is fine... hazards and turn signals go into the same relay...

Made some strides in the car today. Fixed the horrible idle it had.

Culprit- bad maf.... Clearly...

New... Idles like a dream.

Also picked up a radio bracket and radio surround. Interior is coming along. Slow but steady. Ignore the shifter. It came with the car...

In my last car I feel like the shifter sat a lot higher... I'll have to jack up the car and see what's going on...

I'm making a custom shift boot for mine. And not the crown royal bag either.
