S13 sr upgrades/build
Doing a bit of a build, and figure Id share it. My best friend and I started building this car almost 10 years ago. About 5 years ago he passed away, and earlier this year I was able to acquire the car from his family to keep his dream alive.
The car has a mazworx stage 3 block and stage 4 head/cams, with a gt3076 run by a old school power fc. It's run good on pump fuel, making 370whp on a fat tune and no timing. The end game for this car was to switch it over to e85 and AEM to make some big power. The engine as it sits its good for 500hp, and 9,000rpm. Only thing holding it back is the block is not sleeved. I have some downtime at work and figured I'd make a little thread of the conversion. Here's the car. It's a bit on the sleeper side. ![]() ![]() The car is getting completely repainted the factory color, and having all the bodywork fixed. This is probably one of the few s13 to get a full factory looking restoration as far as paint and bodywork is concerned. So we got some parts to work with... Mazworx sheet metal intake with billet rail and ID1300 injectors Ross machine 90mm throttle body Twin bosch 044 fuel pumps Aem series 2 ecu with wideband and a few extra sensors. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Take down starts this week, hope to only have the car down 2-3 weeks. But it depends on time. I work full time, own a buisness, and I'm building another car at the same time so we will see how it goes. |

Thanks. The clutch started slipping after I put the drag radials on it. Then the trans broke. Just need to find some time to swap that stuff out.
