Ideass...

Since ive got my car about 4 years ago, the d irt thing i noiced was that the headlights go up but dont go back down. 4 years later here i am i boughta head light assembly and when i hooked one up to test the pop up motor, the same fucking shit happened t(-___-t) headlight went up but not down. Im assuming its some kind of electrical/wiring issue. Hoping someone has an answer cuz this has happened to them or maybe an idea of what this could be. Please and thank.yurr.

Dude, I don't know dick about s13's, but I googled "s13 headlights go up not down" and a million threads popped up. It's been covered an uncountable amount of times. I don't know the answer but if I can search and find many potential solutions, you can too. Searching is your friend.

Here's somewhere to start: http://www.240sxforums.com/forums/s1...-not-down.html

I've owned 5 s14's but never an s13 so I'm not much help lol

what fixed that problem for me was the steering column switch, the one that also controls the turn signals. it's been a while but I think I ordered it from Vatozone

My ae86 did this I replaced every part until I got to the switch on the dash. And my s13 did something similar and I replaced the part on the steering column.

Best bet is a test light and or volt meter. My switch on the steering column was putting out less than 12v so I replaced it. And bam solved my problem. You need to find the short

99% of the time it's the switch. Yes the one on the steering column, 5 out of 7 s13s I've owned had this issue.
