S13 Wiper Motor Removal

I've been searching up and down and can't seem a simple right up on how to take the motor out. I read you have to take off the wipers and the cowl and what not. Just wanted to see if anyone on here has replaced their wiper motor before and if they could pass down some tips cuz i don't wanna break anything. Thanks in advance guys

yeah it did i got that down, put on the new motor and it works but now the wipers are backwards. the off position of the wipers positions the wipers all the way up and instead of them sitting down and halfway under the hood, they're chill in right in my face lol. could something in the assembly be backwards or something?

what munki said.
it seems hard until you pop it right out.
when you re install it is the harder part.

no what is happening is the motor is out of alignment.
try holding the wipers when it tries to wipe and you can get it to re adjust, but that's not to great for the gears.
you can also re position your wipers to where they work properly.

you have to fold the wiper arm up to remove it.
if you leave it down on the windshield it will be a bitch to take off.
