93 Ka24de Won't Turn Over

Okay I just recently rebuild the motor on my 93 240sx. I installed everything yesterday had a few plug ins missing one from the transmission 4 from the fuse box. Put new fluids. So all my lights turn on inside the car. I try turning the car on but don't get a single thing from the starter(not even a click). I checked all the fuses they're all okay. I also checked all grounds they are all good. My battery is good. I know my started is good cause my friend tested it. All wires are tight on the starter. All voltages are good. What could be my problem?

When you turn the key to ON do the gauge cluster oil, cel, seatbelt, exit lights come on? Check the starter relay. Get a FSM and look at the EL section for the starter circuit.

I'd expect the starter to click. Go over the wiring for the starter circuit again. Check the starter relay. Time to bring out the good ole volt meter

Try leaving the key in the on position, then run a power wire from the starter to the battery see if it turns over

Yes everything in dash turns on. Except my turn signals lol I haven't checked the starter relay yet cause I couldn't find it. I don't know where to get that FM's to look at the starter circuit. First 240 here. A.w.o.l I tried that and it does turn over but not getting any spark from the coil.

Adjust the timing, pretty sure that's what's wrong. Also the starter really is right by the hoarse gear headlight.

First, make sure the battery cables are tight.

One of the wires coming off the starter has a plug. Is it plugged into the wiring harness?

Automatic or manual transmission? If automatic, try starting with it in neutral. Or run the shifter up and down through all the gears a few times and see if maybe the lockout switch was stuck.

Manual: Clutch is in all the way?

If it's an original manual car it could be your safety switch for the clutch crapped out on you. Bypass/remove it and see what happens.

Might need to replace Fuel pump or is it normal cause the car hasn't been turned on in 6months?

Okay too find spark I took out the first spark plug and plugged it outside of the engine try to turning it over straight from the starter with the ignition switch on then I got spark. How I found out I had a good fuel pump I had to remove it while it was still connected to the electrical plug then I turned on the ignition switch to see if it was working properly. How I got it to start I took of the dizzy turned it a two teeths backwards right in the middle of piston 1-3 I think it's 3 but the one below 1 lol.. Right now the car is running straight but it feels week at low rpm doesn't launch too good either and it tries to turn off at a dead stop like the Rpm get really low. I haven't taken it past 4k since it's a rebuilt ka the car feels slower then my 96 s10 lol. I'm kinda disappointed at the moment. ):
