Thumbs up conversion ?

I know I can buy an s15 core support but i hunted for the s14 support for 2 months finally got it but kouki style is not what i really want. Can I do an s15 conversion with the s14 core support and if so what type of mods have to be done to the core support. Not sure if that core support can be used or not I would hate to have to buy s15 core support and just have s14 sittin around
