I bought some dsm 450cc blue top injectors and i am going to use that when i turbo my KA. About what level would i expect to max the injectors out, and what do i need to do to make the injectors fit onto my KA? Can they fit into the stock fuel rail? And if they can't, will the boost designs fuel rail fit it?

btw if anyone has turbo stuff for sale, PM me.

You might hit 300whp.

480cc's on my friends S15 hit 100% duty before he hit 300whp with his SR. It was a very mild tune.

Wouldn't i be able to get a little bit more out of 450cc since i have .4 more liters?

And what do i need to do to make them fit?

.4 L of air still requires the same amount of fuel as the other 2.0L of air.

The only benefit you have is the 1 pt. of compression.

one would say see if a fuel rail of some kind might fit on the KA and house the injectors?

You have the same fitment as the SR engine.

Side feed high impedence injectors.

DSM injectors are top feed injectors (I believe the impedence changes by year)

You will need a top feed fuel rail.

I suggest running something like this:

You will need injector plugs to replace the ones you have now.

I would also suggest the aftermarket regulator such as the Aeromotive. With aftermarket fuel pumps you will get a rich idle due to the inability of the FPR to flow.
